                       3 WHAT IS GINGER BEER? Ginger beer is a naturally fizzy beverage with a sweet and spicy bite. Grated ginger is fermented in sugar water and lemon juice, allowing the natural yeasts in ginger to feed and multiply, creating a probiotic beverage. 

 method:

equipment :

water

leman juice 

ginger 

popsicle stick

cup 

sugar 

yeast 

 instruction:

put yeast in the cup 

then the suger 

put lukewarm water in the same cup with the yeast and sugar 

let it set 

then put lemon juice in the cup 

add ginger 

and more sugar 

and let sit for 24 hour 

this is my full cup it was disgusting i can't describe the taste it a biter mess 

it smells like baby formula this is what it looks like when i tipped it in the sink
