Making Sherbet

Aim:

 I want to find out how to make sherbet 

Research:

method :

.cup 

.baking powder

.icing sugar

.citric acid 

.teaspoon 

wooden popsicle stick

Raro

Instructions:

1 get my cup

2 add icing sugar, baking powder and raro to the cup

3 add half of a teaspoon of citric acid to the cup

4 mix it with the popsicle stick and eat!

result:

it was sour but when I swished it in my mouth it got sweet and it had a sweet taste. It was also fizzy in my mouth.

Conclusion:

 the citric acid when mixed with sodium bicarbonate they create a big volcano thing inside your mouth as the bicarbonate reacts with acid and fizzes
